Some key information which will help you for smooth process in the hospital
Doctors Appointments
The patient need to take prior appointment for Doctors Booking and need to come as advised by the doctor booking desk, keeping some time in your hand. Booking timing is between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Corporate client patients need to produce the documents at the time of booking and at the time of billing.
Out station patient can take appointment through email : booking@nightingalehospital.com
In Patient Department
Patients who require emergency admission needs to visit our emergency department. Emergency medical team will give the primary treatment and then they will advice for admission to a particular consultant as per the patients need.Our emergency coordinator will guide you about the admission procedure. If you have any medical insurance or any corporate hospital coverage then please inform to our emergency coordinator, he/she will guide you in the total admission process.
If you are planning to get admitted then you may book your admission prior to your admission date and also you can process your medical insurance to get your pre approval from your insurance company. We have dedicated insurance desk to process your mediclaim.
At the day of admission you need to come to our admission desk for admission process, as per the advice of your consultant.
For admission the documents that you need to bring are:
your relevant investigation reports
your doctor’s prescription for admission advice
In case you have prior booking then the booking slip
you must bring your ID proof, Pan card, Aadhar Card and all the documents related to mediclaim.
If you have any corporate tie up facility then please bring the admission advice letter from your corporate house.
Patient visiting hours: (a)Gen ward: Morning: 9.00 AM to 9.30 AM Evening: 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM (b) ICU/ ICCU: 6.00 PM to 6.30 PM
Children below 12 years will be allowed only on Sunday.
Deposit policy : In case of surgery patient please deposit minimum 80% of the estimated cost, in other case as per the patient condition.
Billing information: you can collect updated billing from the billing counter everyday after 5.00 PM. and please make payment accordingly.
Refund policy: In case of any refund, all refunds will be made through bank only. You need to submit your bank details for the refund.
Patient information: you can meet our on duty medical officer/ registrar for day to day update and also you can meet your primary consultant as per time given to you.
General information :
don’t keep any valuable items, mobile phone with your patient, hospital authority will not be responsible for any loss.
Out side food is not allowed for patient
No flower bouquet is allowed in patient side.
Children below 12 years are allowed only on Sunday for patient visit.
